Samsung surpasses 100 million Galaxy S line of devices Sold

100 million
Looking for milestones on this chilly Monday morning? Samsung has one to make all you Galaxy S owners out there feel warm and fuzzy inside. They have just recently announced that they have sold over 100 million Galaxy S devices. That includes all Samsung Galaxy S devices dating back to the launch of the flagship device that started it all. I can toss myself in that list for owning the Galaxy S, the Galaxy S II and now the Galaxy S III.

Every new Samsung Galaxy Device that they push out each year out does its predecessor. Not only in terms of technology, but in sales. The Galaxy S III has been hitting consumer hands at a rate of 190,000 devices per month. It only to the device seven months to clear 40 million devices sold. The previous Galaxy S II too 20 months to achieve the same numbers. It is pretty clear that Samsung leads the way in the as the top-selling Android sporting device around the globe.

Congratulations Samsung. We wonder how fast the Galaxy S IV will fly off shelves when it makes its debut.
