Sprint looking to shell out big cash to get you as a customer

Looks like Sprint is ready to toss out some big bucks in hopes of swaying you to the Now Network. In a press release on the Newsroom from Sprint they outlined their latest offer where they will not only offer to pay your ETF for you, but they will also pay off any remaining phone payments too.

“Sprint is dedicated to its customers,” said Tom Roberts, senior vice president-Marketing, Sprint. “We have invested millions of dollars in our network and offer the most competitive rate plans in the industry. And, now we are making it easy to see what Sprint is all about by paying your costs to switch including early termination fees. We want all U.S. wireless consumers to find out what our 56 million customers already know – Sprint offers the best value in wireless.”

In order for it to go down smoothly you need to first be willing to bring your current number over the carrier you are with. You then need to be game for activating a device on Sprint Easy Pay, iPhone for Life Plan, Sprint Lease or pay full retail for a device. There is no two-year contact option here. Then you have to jump through a few online registration hoops, upload your previous carrier bill showing the ETF’s or remaining balance owed within 60 days of switching. If all goes as planned, you will receive a prepaid visa card win about 15 days of completion.

There is one final piece to the pie though. You will also need to hand over your current device in good working order too. Sprint will get you a prepaid return kit to ship it in at least. It could be a tempting offer if you are still shelling out $20 a month for your old Galaxy S5 and want to hop on the LG G Flex 2, or the upcoming Galaxy S6.
