Yesterday, T-Mobile rocked the mobile world with their new plans for customer satisfaction. The newly implemented JUMP! service plan, allows customers the option to upgrade to new phones twice a year, no matter the circumstances. T-Mobile plans on letting the public know about this new plan, by releasing short hysterical commercials, featuring Saturday Night Live alumni Bill Hader.
