[App] S2 Calendar Widget – Making your calendar look better and function Better

See, I told you guys I was on a widget bender. Calendar widgets seem to be a dime a dozen, but not all of them offer the same aspects or configurations. The two calendar widgets that I always think of when asked is always the HTC Sense calendar and LauncherPRO calendar. They just look and feel good. Some of the other calendar widgets I have used, such as, ExtDateWidgetXL or Simple Calendar Widget have all been wonderful and minimal. Sometimes having to tap on them to access the Google calendar to see the rest of the month is a bit of a hindrance for me though. That is where S2 Calendar Widget2 steps in and makes things great.

  The application comes with various sized widgets for you to choose from, 4 total. There are lots of additions built into the settings of the calendar widget, which what I think truly helps this app stand out from the others. You have color options, background options, country holiday options, date format, language formats, start week day, week number display and the list keeps going forever. You really have full control over every aspect of how this calendar looks, feels and functions for you.

If you were jealous of the Sense calendar widget or couldn’t bring yourself to fall in love with LauncherPro for the wonderful widgets it can provide, this might worth your time to install and tweak to your liking.  I know it is my new favorite for now until I fond something better.
