Big changes in store for Google+ users in coming Days

When Google+ was first introduced, many people thought it would turn into another failed social network platform. Especially since it started out as a beta and invite only service. That was actually smart on Google part. It allowed the service to catch on slowly, get kinks and bugs worked out and introduce new features that would be critical for its success. After G+ opened to the public there was a flood of new subscribers and oodles of new services and features added not only to the web-based version but the device based app as well. With Google staying on point to give us the best experience possible it is hard to see it ever fail going forward.

If you are self-proclaimed Google Pluser, then you must loving seeing new features headed to the service. Including many small improvements that you might not notice at first glance. One of which will be the sprucing up of the notification center. Doing away with the boring old plain text bit.

Having the option to toss the image to full screen easily while still keeping up with the conversation at the bottom. Tagging is getting better as well. Not only can you easily tag your friends in photos but you can easily share that photo and that tag with your circles. You’ll also be able to jump around between your favorite photos with a new bird’s eye view. You can even get a quick look at who is +1’ing your stuff.

One of the more important feature additions will be the new ‘Volume’ ability. Not literally how volume as is sound, but volume as in how much stuff is posted through form your circles to your main feed. Making sure posts from those important to you don’t get lost in the daily dribble that floods all of our stream daily.
