Five new cities added to the Google Offers roster today — cheap beer and BBQ!

Google Offers Logo

Google’s new discounts and coupon service, Google Offers widened their coverage today by introducing support for five new cities. Good news for Charlotte, Kansas City, Milwaukee, San Antonio and Tampa — all of which just made the list and users in those areas can start searching for localized offers. From the look of things, you’re getting treated to some pretty sweet introductory deals, too — how does $11 for $22 worth of beer sound, Charlotte? Or for the folks just south of me in Kansas City, why not stop by Arthur Bryant’s BBQ? They’re offering $5 for $10 worth of grub! Count me in for anything that includes discounted beer or BBQ, damnit!

If you’d like the full rundown on the deals available in the above listed cities, make sure to stop by the Google Commerce Blog, where Eric Rosenblum was so kind enough to post all the juicy deetz. If you haven’t already downloaded the Google Offers app from the Market, you should do so — even if your city is not yet supported. There are some generalized deals on there that you can still benefit from while waiting for your city’s golden ticket to the party. Plus, you can sign up to be notified when your city has been added to the “Offers” family.
