As Verizon reported yesterday Froyo updates have started rolling out for the Samsung Fascinate. The road to Froyo has been a rough one for this Galaxy S phone as the other variants have already received theirs. To speed up the process you can for the update yourself by going to:
Menu>Settings>About Phone>System Updates> Check New
It may not work right away as OTA updates seem to be released in waves, so don’t get discouraged. If the manual update doesn’t work for you you’ll receive a notification at some point letting you know when it’s available. For more information regarding this update check the Fascinate support page.
