With all the hype lately around Gingerbread and if and when anyone will see an update, we forget that many devices are still waiting to get to Froyo. I know we haven’t forgot about you guys. HTC UK is set to start rolling out an OTA update tomorrow for the HTC Legend.
Currently there is a pre-froyo update being rolled out as we speak. Todays OTA helps get the device ready for tomorrows complete update. If you have not received todays update yet see if you can force it in by going to Settings > About phone > System software updates then Check now. You should get an update to build number 2.05.405.2. After that all you have to do is wait, impatiently for tomorrow to roll around and get yourself moving onto Froyo full time.
