#SHIELDTuesday brings in Saints Row IV to NVIDIA GRID services, next up Alan Wake and Metro Last Light Redux

Happy SHIELDTuesday everyone. If you are the proud owner of a NVIDIA Shield tablet or Shield Portable, then SHIELDTuesday is a day you might look forward too every week. It is the day that NVIDIA adds another title to the game streaming service, GRID. This weeks addition brings in Saints Row IV.

The fun won’t stop there of course. As the name would lead you to believe, every Tuesday a new title will be added. As you can see in the image above we get to see exactly what the next two titles will be. On February 24th everyone will get access to Alan Wake and on March 3rd we get Metro Last Light Redux. When Metro hits GRID it will also mark the 40th title in the line up. Not to shabby since it has only been up and running since November 18th and offered just 20 titles.

As a reminder, the GRID game streaming service is available for all Shield owners through June 30th. That gives you plenty of time to game for free and see how it all plays out in your favor. Once the free time ends you will be looking at paying for the service. NVIDIA hasn’t made any announcements as to any pricing plans. I assume it will be a monthly thing, but it would be nice if you could buy it by the year or for a lifetime. To take full advantage of the services you will need the latest Shield Hub app, an internet connection capable of over 10Mbps, 60 ms or less ping time to a GRID server and a 5 GHz Wi-Fi router. Obviously you need a Shield tablet or Shield Portable too. Don’t forget , if your PC is capable and you have the 5GHz Wi-Fi router, you can also stream your local PC games on top of it.
