Enomther’s Roger’s ROM Rocks!

So it’s been a couple of days now that I’ve been running Enomther’s Roger’s ROM and i’ve had an excellent experience and almost zero problems.  One issue I had was related to remnants of older builds being left behind on the SD so the wipes didn’t clear it.  After a brief chat with Enomther the problem was quickly resolved.  Enomther is very responsive to problems on his ROMs.

There are 2 features that pull me towards using a Roger’s ROM:

  1. HTC Dialer
I’ve never had a phone before that didn’t have a dialer that searched through your contacts as you type on the T9 keypad.  Now I remember why I missed it so much.  I still have no idea why something so simple was not included in the main google code.
  2. Full Microsoft Exchange Integration
My phone now completely sync’s all my contact from my work Microsoft Exchange contacts. When you go into your Contacts they are all clearly marked to whether they came from your Google account or your Exchange account.

I like some of the extra features cyanogen is throwing into his ROM’s, but to me they do nothing but complicate matters.  Ever since switching to Enomther’s series or ROMs i’ve experienced almost no problems and if there was a problem it normally turned out to be left overs from Cyanogen’s or other ROM’s.

I still stand by the statement that Enomther’s ROMs are the fastest and most stable that I’ve used.
