That’s just sad…

So you may have been following my articles about Google vs. Apple. Well I’m starting see a pattern here, Google does something productive with their time and Apple doesn’t.

Let me start at the beginning.

Google has released a ton of applications that many companies can use, no matter if you have an iPhone, Android, or a Blackberry. Google maps for example, or Google voice. Well that’s where it started. Apple being a control freak that they are, they rejected Google voice from the app store. A decision that FCC had to question Apple about. That’s fine I guess but recently they have taken things to an extreme. Banning the word “Android” from the app store? What the…

I’m just speechless. While the two companies are butting heads in being number one in this market, one company is going to extreme lows to prove their childishness. If I buy a Smartphone from anyone I want my searches to be unfiltered. I would like to be the judge of what I should see. And if my Smartphone shows results for a competitors Smartphone I would like to see them.

That’s just sad…
